Child Dedication Form

A child dedication allows parents to publicly present themselves and their child to the Lord as an outward expression of gratitude to Him for their child. It is a formal appeal to God for His assistance in raising their child. Parents are at the heart of the dedication because God has gifted them with the tremendous blessing and responsibility of shaping a child’s life. It is a promise, as God’s stewards of their child, to raise them up in the discipline and instruction of the Lord.
