1 – Does CSC issue donation tax receipts?

In February of the following year, CSC issues a total annual donation tax receipt for any total amount of $20 or greater. Providing that the donor has given CSC their full name and mailing address with postal code in order to receive a tax receipt.

5 - How does "Cover the Fees™" work in Tithe.ly?

Cover the fees is an option that allows you to give a full donation amount to the ministry. If you select this option, the credit card administration fees will be added on top of your initial donation amount rather than being included in it. The total amount given will be receipted to you.

6 - Is my Credit / Debit card information secure?

Yes! We take data and payment information security very seriously. All sensitive financial information is stored with bank level security. All information transmission to our banking partner and on our site is done via an encrypted HTTPS (SSL) connection and stored by our banking partner to PCI DSS Level 1 compliant standards.

7 - How will my data be used?

We will only use your data to process your giving. Your personal data will never be sold, traded, or given out to third parties.

8 - How will I know when my credit card is charged in Tithe.ly?

You will receive an email confirmation when your credit card is charged.

9 - What if I accidentally type the wrong amount in Tithe.ly?

If you make a mistake when making your donation on Tithely, contact CSC at 403-520-2656 or 

10 - How do I change/cancel my recurring gift in Tithe.ly? 

In order to change your recurring gift fund/designation, you will need to cancel your existing recurring gift and setup a new recurring gift.

11 - How do I change/update my payment method in Tithe.ly?

Log into your account, click "payment methods" from the home screen or click on the menu located in the top left corner

  • To add a credit card, select "credit/debit" from the bottom tabs, then click on the green plus (+) icon. Enter your card information and click "Add card".
  • To remove a credit or debit card, select "credit/debit" from the bottom tabs, then click on the red trash can icon.  Click on the red "Remove" button to confirm removal of that payment method.
