Rivers Edge Camp & Retreat Centre is a summer camp and year-round guest group facility, located an hour northwest of Calgary in the foothills. Our desire is to "invite people to experience Christ-centered life change by providing opportunities for diverse groups to develop and grow into fully committed followers of Jesus Christ". We run 10 weeks of summer programming with camps for ages 4 to 104, and throughout the year, we provide the facilities for guest groups and camp-sponsored retreats. Horses and wildlife, acres of trees and trails, and a small river, in addition to the mountains, are visible on the property and create an opportunity to connect with God and others.
With 16 cabins, an inn, a chalet, and an RV park, we are able to host smaller groups, up to a few hundred. Our Sherman Suite and Prayer room provide the perfect intimate setting for pastors and ministry leaders to find an oasis at camp as well.
