Are you looking for support on your health and weight loss journey? We are here to help! TOPS is an international non-profit weight loss support group that helps women embrace healthy lifestyle changes, including:

Incorporating and maintaining healthy lifestyle habits

An opportunity for men to gather and pray for CSC and its leaders, Ironman Men's Ministries, and each other. All men welcome!

Warpath equips men for battle so they can remain free for life. You will learn how to retrain your brain, become destiny conscious, overcome childhood wounds, and reverse the damage from unhealthy behaviors.

Men's Gathering meets every Saturday morning at 8:00am in the atrium - main level.

Singles Groups

Our singles groups centre on Christ Community and Calling and are for anyone who is not married. We meet in locations across the city and have age-appropriate groups for everyone over 30 years old (younger people can check out our young adults page. Join us for friendship, fun, worship and teaching.

Adults 55+ Groups

Our Adults 55+ community meets regularly for Maranatha Luncheons and morning opportunities to gather for a Games Cafe, as well as opportunities to take day trips to local sites around the city! Our desire is to provide opportunities for those in this community to flourish in their faith, grow strong spiritually and bear fruit in the seasons and circumstances of their lives.
