Giving feedback to people is often harder than we would like it to be. Yet because the Bible tells us to “speak the truth in love to one another so that we will become mature in Christ”, we must learn how to do it.  This learning experience will address the Biblical basis for truth based conversations and will give you a few simple tools to help build your courage and confidence in having difficult conversations! You can expect to learn how to have conversations that will:

• enrich the relationship;
• provoke learning;
• inspire personal ownership and responsibility;
• tackle tough issues; and
• result in a mutually agreed upon accountability plan. 

We will take a maximum of 30 registrants.
