Our heart and passion are to see today's generation encounter Jesus in a form and language for today. Through the good news of Jesus, we want to see lives transformed, people and families regain hope and find meaning in their lives. Our desire is to reach young families and provide an environment that is suitable for parents and their children. What motivates us most is to see people and children discover the person of Jesus not as a religion. We start where they are and lead them to a relationship with Him.
We are the only invitational style church in our region in Saguenay. We are located in the poorest part of the Saguenay in the city of Jonquière with about 60,700 inhabitants,. Many organizations are already here and our heart is to collaborate with the community for ministry. There are also many foreign students in the area. People are very open to spirituality in general but more suspicious when it comes to Jesus and the Church.
